The subscription fee for use of Labmatrix® software from BioFortis, Inc. DOES NOT include a royalty for use under the above-cited U.S. Patents. NO RIGHT OR LICENSE IS GRANTED OR IS TO BE IMPLIED BY THE MERE SUBSCRIPTION OR USE OF LABMATRIX®. By using and or accepting delivery of this product, subscriber agrees to use Labmatrix® in the manner set forth in your subscription agreement with BioFortis, Inc.
User may request a separate, written, nonexclusive license to permit practice under one or more of the above-cited patents and the payment of royalties separately, such request being directed to BioFortis, Inc.; Attn: Licensing Dept., 10320 Little Patuxent Parkway, Suite 410, Columbia, MD 21044, or via licensing@biofortis.com.
